This policy explains how ChartedCalm ("we", "us") handles information on this website (the "Site") and in connection with our Pinterest integration.

1. Information we collect on this Site

This Site is a static informational website. It has no accounts, forms, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not collect personal information through it. Our hosting provider may automatically keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. If you email us, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply.

2. Purchases and free downloads

Purchases and downloads happen on third-party platforms, Payhip and Etsy, under their own privacy policies. When you buy or download from us there, we may receive your name, email address and order details, which we use only to deliver your files, provide support and, if you opted in, send occasional emails you can unsubscribe from at any time. We never see your full payment card details.

3. Our use of the Pinterest API

We use the Pinterest API solely to create, schedule and publish pins to our own ChartedCalm Pinterest account and to view basic information and analytics for that account and its boards.

• What Pinterest data we access: only data about our own Pinterest account (such as our boards, our pins and their performance) and the access tokens Pinterest issues to us. We do not access, collect or store data about other Pinterest users.
• How we use it: only to schedule and publish our own pins and understand how our own content performs.
• How we store it: minimally and securely. Access tokens are kept in restricted storage, are never shared, and are used only by our posting tool.
• Retention and deletion: we delete Pinterest-derived data when it is no longer needed for the purposes above, when we stop using the integration, or on request. To make a request, email us at the address below.
• No sale or sharing: we never sell, resell, rent, license or redistribute Pinterest data to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to run our shop (such as Payhip, Etsy and our email provider) or when required by law.

5. Children

This Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from emails, at any time by contacting us.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
